I don't usually take the time to write negative reviews but this time I'm not just going to write a review but I'll be contacting corporate. I go to the Paper Store on average of 3-5 x a month. I've never had bad experience in the store..quite the opposite. The people that work there are usually friendly enough. On Saturday i went in and there were 2 girls that I'd never seen before so i assume they're new. I didn't get their names but I'll go in tomorrow to get them so i can include them in my letter to corporate. If i don't hear back from the company then i can assume they sanction that type of service. There was an incident but it's too long to write about. As i said at the start of this post i usually only take the time to write good reviews so for me to be this po'd i can assure you, the reader, it was terrible...

How ever I am completely shocked that you are unable to return an item (clothing) and swap it out for the same brand and same size but just...
