I order here all the time. Well did. I attempted to order delivery via card payment over the phone. When card data was entered it was declined. The woman on the phone started freaking out. Talking to me like I was a complete idiot (I also use a POS system im very familiar with these things) I calmly asked if she could read me back the card details so i could see if there was a mistake. She started to berate me further it was bizarre. Telling me i didnt have the money. The saddest most comical part was after giving up on that battle. I offered an ALTERNATIVE payment method they refused. Never knew stellar business practice was to refuse your service to willing patron guest and call them broke because you most likely mis keyed a number in. Staff has always been rude. Whatever keep them at arms length dont tip enjoy your food But dont give your money to a place whos business motto is "remember spit in the customers...

Unacceptable Service Overshadowed Everything

My experience at Chi Modern Asian Cuisine was extremely disappointing. With only three guests at the bar, there was no excuse for the bartender to take so long just to acknowledge me and take my drink order.

After finally ordering soup and appetizers, the soup took 30 minutes to arrive, and the appetizers never came. When I asked for the bill, the bartender casually asked, “Don’t you want your appetizers?” as if I hadn’t been waiting the whole time. I told him I still wanted them, and they were hastily packed to-go with no apology or explanation.

The service was so poor that it ruined the entire experience. Even if the food had been great and the atmosphere enjoyable, none of it mattered by the end. When the service is this bad, everything else no matter how good feels second-rate. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values their time or basic...

Overpriced Food with unfriendly service. Be prepared to wait. I have been here two separate times and both times the server seemed irritated to answer simple questions about the food. In addition the service took forever, we waited 15 minutes before the server came, another 15 before he came back and took our order, 20 to get the soup and 20 minutes after that for our main course. Over an hour before we started eating. I substituted chicken for beef and they added 4 dollars for the substitution which was a bit rediculous. The only saving grace was the food, which was very tasty but 18 dollars for beef in a black bean sauce with some green beans is a bit much especially with how poor the service is.
