I normally don’t visit this store, but came here looking for Benjamin Moore paint sample tiles (about 6 or 7 inches in height). This seems to be one of the only store around that carries a sample for just about the entire line of colors from Benjamin Moore.

However, this review is mainly to highlight the excellent customer service I received from Kirsten (I think she might be the manager), and Jorge. They could not be more courteous and helpful. I came looking for wallpaper, since the Salem location is closed due to a fire. When I asked about wallpaper, the clerk practically laughed at me, saying "nobody carries wallpaper anymore!". I reminded him that the Salem location does, and he conceded that the Beverly location does as well. The website for the Swampscott location says they carry a large wallpaper selection. I drove an hour out of my way to this location. What a waste of time. We're moving into a condo only a couple blocks away, and are planning lots of decor and renovations.
