I would like to begin by saying that Michelle you took the incident out of context, I was there at this time. Myself and the ladies working there like to tease the only male working there and had been telling him that he needed to go back to the gym before this happened, so when he attempted to pick up your son I SAID, NOT the employees, that the child weighed more than him and doubted that he could pick him up. That was the source of the laughter and nothing was said in another language about it. I am quite large myself and am not casting any stones here, just pointing out the obvious size difference between the two. I would also like to make it clear that we were all there after the time that they are closed; all of the employees stayed late to get all of the clients taken care of which they do quite often because they are always busy, especially since this was a Friday. I have been going there for years and have always had excellent service. I get complimented all the time on my nails and always tell everyone to "go to Happy Nails, they are very good!" They hand draw everything on my nails, people have thought they were decals because of how intricate the drawings are. My daughters, family and friends all go to Happy Nails and we love the staff, we always have a good time there and are ALWAYS HAPPY with the work that is done. So I do apologize, Michelle, if you think we were laughing at your son but that was not the case. I do also think you should be more appreciative for the employees that were multi-tasking quite well trying to get everyone finished so that they could go home, as well as us clients. I have been getting my nails done (acrylic/gel full sets/fill ins as well as pedicures) for twenty years now.

Customer service here is a 10/10. I have never been to another nail salon where the customer service has ever been this outstanding. The conversation is great between the client and nail stylist. I was asked what style of nail I preferred, and this is an almost non existent question clients are asked anymore. I was listened to on how I prefer the shape and style of nail, and the nail tech gave me perfect results. I am overly pleased with the customer service here.

The ability to do great nails, pedicures, and eyebrow waxed are also a 10/10 in my opinion. I am very particular when it comes to the shape, length, and curve of my nails. The nail technician hit a home run on all catagories above. Since my husband is a Marine I am forced to find a new nail salon every four to five years. I was so pleased when I found happy nails. This family team of owners are truly amazing in their abilities to do nails and pedicures as well as provide a high standard of customer service.

So I went there today for a fill in, pedicure and eyebrow wax and had my 3.5 year old with me that behaved just fine, even complimented by the staff.. Ive been there before for my eyebrows and the lady did a great job. But today, I felt everything was rushed. My nails look ok but I can see the ridges that werent smoothed out (acrylic) all the way and paint still on the side. I had the basic pedicure but yet my heels are still as dry as when i got there. And yes ive had basic pedicures elsewhere that at least make sure all the dry skin is off. When i went to sit in the pedi chair my son was going to sit in the one beside me. The man picked him up for me because my nails were wet. Now my son is heavy for jus age, do you know the man said something about him being to big for him to pick up and then said something in their language and they all started laughing!
