If I could award this company zero stars I would. I made arrangements to have my phone screen repaired, made a $53 down payment and was told I would be contacted in a week or so when the new screen arrived. I called about 12 days later and made arrangements to come in the following day (with the owner) for the repair. When I arrived I was told that owner/ repairman had not arrived yet. I waited 2 hours and he still had not appeared. I was then told that he would be in later and that I should leave the phone and it would be repaired in another hour or two. I live more than an hour drive from this location. I returned 3 hours later and found that the owner had not come in and told the staff to close early. Fortunately one worker stayed outside the store until I returned to explain what was happening. I retrieved my phone and subsequently made three more attempts to have it repaired but the store was always closed. Eventually I made phone contact with the store and said that I wanted my money back. The owner advised that he would refund my money but a month later the charge appeared on my credit card bill and no refund had been provided. I disputed the charge with my credit card company. After placing the bill in dispute I received a VM from the company saying that my "part had come in" and they could fix my phone. This was roughly 3 month after I started the process ! IFix NC needs to fix the owner. Don't walk away from this company...RUN! The credit card company closed their investigation in my favor.    Read moreI dropped off 2 computers and was told I would have an answer in a week. Two weeks go by and I hear nothing, so I call and find out my Mac has water damage?? And there is no word on my other computer. I give permission to fix the Mac, called another week later, still no update and I am told the same thing about my Mac. Call another week later still nothing. Each time I call I am told I will receive a call back. That happened maybe twice. Finally get a hold of a technician and am told he would call me back in 15 min. Sure enough it took him 15 min to figure out the problem when hes had it for a month now. Im told in a week the HP will be fixed and the Mac will take about a weekish. So I call a week later now a month and 1 week out from when I dropped them off and their is no update. Neither computer had been worked on and no one could give me any update on what the hold up was. None of the receptionists know anything and the technician is rude. After a negatice review on FB I am told I can come pick them up. After more disrespect from the business on FB, I tell them I will be picking them up Tuesday and thats final. I arrive Tuesday to find out my mac is in pieces and will take a least an hour to put back together. My HP however has been fixed. I pay for my HP and wait what seems like 30min for my chargers that Im almost certain is not the charger I dropped off for my Mac. I will now have to take my Mac elswhere to get it fixed and probably my HP as I do not trust the word of this company. Would never go here again and will never recommend this...
   Read moreFirst and for most it took me three weeks to get my computer back. Thatâs already an extremely stressful situation to be in when your work and school is all on it. They never called us regarding any updates, and the website was never fully up to date either. When we called the front desk lady kept changing her story and seemed to have NO clue what was going on and was extremely short and rude with me and my mother who were both frustrated. We were charged about 166 dollars for their work. Which by the way their âworkâ didnât even fully fix my computer. We were forced to take it to a different shop who, when looked at it, informed us of what a botched up job these people did. Firstly they tried to GLUE MY SCREEN BACK ON????? The screen was basically bulging out which I PROMISE it was not like that when I sent it in. They apparently also replaced my camera???? Which had nothing to do with the problems regarding my laptop at all??? And didnât even tell us they replaced it??????? And to top it off they rewired my laptop wrong when they were done. Their customer service was terrible, theyâre unorganized, they do botch jobs for way too much money, and they have horrible communication skills. This is not how you run a business and this whole ordeal has been taxing and stressful and I honestly hope no one comes here again because I wouldnât wish this experience on my worst of enemy. They really just donât know what theyâre doing...
