If I had a choice for 0 stars I would have gave them that. So I put a 1 star. My husband and I needed a washer and dryer and a friend of ours told us about ez rentals in sweetwater. I went into the store picked a set out and got started on the paperwork. Once the paperwork was done I noticed where the manager Jason the guy I dealt with had on my paperwork a different name on there. I brought it up with him and he said he would change it to the correct name. 1 week later I'm receiving a phone call from EZ Rentals for a payment. Confused I answered and asked him why he was calling of for. He had us paying weekly instead of monthly. So of course when I said something to Jason and he got smart and told me I didn't make enough payment even though I did. So I of course I told him to fix it and change it to the right information. Not only did jason call back while I was at work 2 weeks later but my phone ended up dying on me so we got disconnected. When I got home to charge it, before I got the chance to call back, he had already called back and left an extremely rude voicemail without even verifying what actually happened I will be finding a washer and dryer else where and returning the ones I have now. I will no longer be dealing with EZ Rentals and I will not be referring anyone...

After over 3 months we get no replies no help and a coush that's useless we are paying for. We can't even get a call back unless it's to pay them. Never use this company they have no management or customer skills and it's sad they don't care. Never use them it's not the first problem due to lack of management so no wonder the stores are closing. And there's full warranties so why wait this long for help when I ordered furniture they get it to you quickly so how can they not fix a warranties issue in a timely manner. One of the managers, James, looked up my personal facebook page & sent me a message accusing me of theft/not paying & said he was giving my information to their lawyers. I have NEVER set foot in EZ rentals (bless yall that have to do business there) and definitely am not behind on payments. His message was rude and aggressive. When I called to see what was going on, and if someone was possibly impersonating me, I did not even get an apology. He said it must have been mistaken identity.
