I’m writing this review because a client wasn’t able to because they are blocking her from leaving a review!!! Well I’m not blocked lmao😂 Lux Nails in Sweetwater,TN refused to soak off or fix my nails 3 times in person and now they are blocking (not only my review) but everyone else who had or saw a negative experience there. This was a $75 set that took 3 hours and I told her 3 times I wasn’t happy with them and I asked for a soak off before leaving and she declined all 3 requests to fix or remove. I travel for work, and this is the 10th state I’ve worked in.. Hands down, this salon is my absolute favorite. The owner and her crew are incredibly accommodating and truly dedicated to their customers. Not only is the team talented, but they’re always great company with plenty of laughter. It’s honestly one of my favorite times of the week. I usually make appointments to give a heads-up and secure my spot because they’re always booming, but I’ve done a few walk-ins as well and still had a great experience....

ABSOLUTELY RUDE OWNER. Did an absolute awful job on my nails an others I’ve seen.
