My father is a disabled man. Him and his wife went in there a couple of hours ago. First off, the elderly woman who is a cashier give them attitude every time she has to hand key in their EBT card to process their trasactions. But it seems as if we just deal with it due to the somewhat reasonable prices. Well tonight my father exited the store and was unloading his groceries and his cart got away from him, with employees standing outside not even doing anything. Instead of helping a disabled man retrieve his cart, they stood together and laughed at him as he did his best to finally catch up with the cart. I have never in my life experienced something so disgusting from employees of a store before in my entire life. And to top it all off, none of the employees will even wear a mask properly, during a global pandemic. We like shopping at Save A Lot for the lower prices. However. Their prices are creeping upward almost weekly. This store doesn't seem to have everything that the other stores have as far as meat goes. The breakfast sausage they make in house is excellent and well worth the trip to get it. The J. Higgs chips they carry are even better than the Lays potato chips and cost a third of lays. The meals in a box by Dish'd are a reasonable alternative to Hamburger helper which is double the cost. They have a very good selection at great prices on products such as canned vegetables, canned meals like ravioli, SpaghettiOs, Beefaroni, also lunch meats and frozen meals either family size or individual size. Good prices on milk, butter, sweet tea, and ice cream. It is a clean store, with helpful staff, and clean public bathrooms.
