They were very rude and disrespectful, had me wait an hour over my appointment time, had me waiting outside while one employee smoked and trash talked customers to other employees or friends! I finally get to go upstairs to a small room, very uncomfortable and the 5600 dollar item I was intending to buy was not what they advertised! Poor quality of diamonds wrong size etc., I asked to see other items so it wasn't a waste of time and guy that was previously smoking talking about customers gets mad tries explaining it's quality etc almost trying to force me to buy.
