Wish I remembered the guy who helped me, honestly I wouldn't be surprised if he didn't even tell me his name. Won't bother describing him but honestly he simply was "there". Didn't really help me with anything. Told him I wanted a new phone and just stood there without saying anything. Ended up just going with a newer model since I was already leaning towards it and he just was standing there saying nothing else.
But I wonder why I even have to go inside a store. They do nothing. Before? I could trade in my phone. Now I have to ship it to them within 30 days. Putting on the screen protector, they can't do that for me either anymore. Transferring data over to new phone? Once again nope, but hey you know what. Luckily this was simple for me, However, in the end, why am I even entering the store? They couldn't really help. And the worker? He didn't know how to open my account without continually asking for help or starting over. I was to the point that I almost left in the middle of the process .It took way to long to to get the phone. Hopefully it was his first day.
