Best restaurant to the Sylvania area. Never disappointed with anything. Appetizers are scratch made.The goat cheese dip is devine. Stuffed mushrooms,bacon,and cheese could easily be a meal in itself. Superior drink specials, and the old fashion was perfectly prepared. The Blueberry lemon drop is dangerously easy to sip. Great craft beer selection. The dinner choices are to 5 star any day of the week. They recently added a wild mushrooms risotto with the bistro steak. It is the perfect balance of garlic, sea salt, and butter sitting on top of a bed of wonderful rich risotto, needs nothing more. The perfect burger and house made fries. Now dessert...if you are a chocolate lover, do not pass up the molten lava cake, heaven. Pistachio cheese cake is like a dream, be careful you may order a second slice. If the honey cake is on the menu make sure you order it. Said to be a Ukrainian honey cake, it is just simple amazing. The wait staff is always attentive. Our choises will always be Joplin and Nina. We've been coming to borderline since they opened, so we're regulars nowadays. And do you know what I love about borderline? The consistency. I hate when the same dish is different day to day at a restaurant, and I've never had to worry about that here. If something is somehow off (rare occurrence), the leadership team is quick to correct it once you let them know. While the staple dishes are fantastic, they are constantly pumping our new irresistible specials in both the food and drink category. Even if you're just stopping in for a cocktail, Chris is going to make you something that tastes like a million bucks. The service is always top notch, and they make you feel like family. If you’re looking for a fantastic dining experience, this place delivers on all fronts! The handcrafted cocktails were absolutely incredible. So refreshing, perfectly balanced, and so delicious that it was hard to pace ourselves. The goat dip? To die for! We literally licked the bowl clean.
