Subway — Restaurant in Ohio

Subway - consistent quality, fresh offerings, reasonably priced. The biggest complaint for this review was the speed of service and that the soda fountain was out of lemonade. (Ok, the complaint is that when I told them, they replied that it has been out for a couple days... but not replaced or marked "out"). Since I mix lemonade with tea, I ended up dumping my diluted tea (product waste) to get just tea. Not a big deal, but it is really that difficult to put a sign on the machine? Or change the syrup...

Food was great. One of the two young sandwich makers was courteous and helpful (the short-haired, red-head). The other employee (the brunette) was much more interested in talking to her friend and putting on makeup. The red head asked for assistance and was ignored. So I piped up and suggested she come help. She did, not smiling, and not even putting enough cheese on the sandwich she was making. Get rid of this person. Your customers...
