I got my ears pierced here a little less than a week ago, and I came back today to replace the earring in my left ear cuz I accidentally took it out then couldnt get it back in then broke it (long story, don't ask) and Ralph is great! Not only is he an excellent piercer in general, he's very kind and personable. Made me feel very comfortable, even though I had no piercings till now and was a little anxious and felt embarrassing about coming back for a single earring. What an amazing blessing and experience it was to stop by Banter in Tacoma Mall (store #3742) with my Mom Natacha. The way Ralph and Dionne showed knowledge and appreciation for us was immeasurable It was a pleasant experience as I am 39 weeks pregnant, and my mom wanted to buy the first jewelry for her first grandchild.

My mom did experience a lil snafu because Jenella was asked for help with the computer and my mom said she had a s#itty attitude, as if she didn’t want to and she didn’t even acknowledge us. My mom did receive apologies from Ralph and Dionne but it was not their place...

I had such a great experience getting pierced by Marie! She was super professional, kind, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the whole process.
