First, 2 flower girl baskets were ordered according to a picture on the website. When I recieved the baskets they looked NOTHING like the picture. This is for a wedding and so it had to be perfect. This basket was satin instead of tool, and had pearls on it instead of flowers. When we called to get an explination Kristen said it was because the old basket maker had died. I understand this, however the new basket maker should be able to look at the picture and get the basket made at least CLOSE to how it should look. Next, when we called to get a refund we were told that we had to pay to ship the baskets back to the company. This is very stressful for a bride to have to deal with only a month before the wedding when the baskets were ordered 2 months before the wedding. After paying out of my pocket to mail the baskets back I was told a check for the baskets and the shipping would be mailed to me. After 4 weeks I called and spoke with Kristen to find out where my refund was. She told me that the check was sent but that she would stop payment on that one and send another. I honestly, do not think that the first check was ever sent since I am not the first customer complaining about not getting a refund check and it having to be resent. In addition, I NEVER received the check for the money that I had to pay to ship back the baskets to the company. When I emailed Kristen with my question about where this shipping check was her only response was "it was mailed a while ago" THIS IS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Who would treat paying customers like this and expect anyone to want to shop here ever again. DO NOT SHOP HERE. IF YOU DO YOU WILL LIKELY GET THE WRONG ITEM AND NEVER GET YOUR MONEY...
