We purchased a washer from the Tallahassee location and the day after it was delivered it started leaking. We did have a warranty so filed a claim and they came a week later. Said it was a part that needed to be replaced so we waited another day for that to be delivered. Once it was “ “fixed “the warranty guys started the washer never waited to see if it actually was fixed and said everything was good and left. I started to wash an actual load and the leak was still there called them back like 30 minutes after they left and didn’t respond till almost 5 pm so had to wait another day for them to return. When they did return then they said we can’t find where the water is coming from you might need a replacement washer. We will let appliances mart know. And at this point other problems started with the washer a suspension issues and some of the water wasn’t being drained all the way. A couple days go by still no contact from appliances mart. After the four day I contacted appliance mart. The guy who answered had no idea about what I was talking about and said he was going to look into in and get back me me later. Later came and still no contact! So now we go to the store ourselves days later and they offer a refund but other fees are included of course! Now we are out a washer and an extra $120. They sold us a lemon and it should have never been put on the floor! These company is super shady and there warranty company isn’t any better!! If I could give this company negative stars I would they don’t even deserve one star!! BEWARE!!! I will never do any busy with them again!! Come on Appliance Mart...

I had to get the washer replaced due to something that couldn’t be fixed, Dave hooked me up with a nicer washer and dryer. This washer and dryer works perfectly and I have had no issues with it. After the whole situation I would definitely say Dave has good customer service skills. I would recommend this place to friends/family.

After posting my review I was contacted by Dave himself and we arranged for a service tech to come out to the property to take a look at the washer/dryer. The immediate response was appreciated.

I purchased a stacked washer and dryer from them. They said everything worked and all we needed to get was the hoses. When they dropped it off they tested it and everything appeared to work. After I did the first load I noticed my clothes were soaking wet, like the washer never spun the clothes to get all the water out. If I knew it didn’t work correctly, I would of never bought it.

I had them delivery the washer and dryer, and they contacted us and said they couldn’t deliver it due to the “rain”-which was NOT a heavy rain. I regret doing business with them and wish I had done more research on my options. Bought a washer for $240+$40 to have it driven a couple blocks as I do not have the privilege of owning a truck. Washer worked fine for approximately 4 months before the washer died on me. Had a washer repairman come look at it and they informed I was sold a lemon. So I called David and he told me the best he could do was sell me another washer at a reduced price of $160 + $40 for delivery. Wow! What a deal! Essentially I could have spent a total of $480 on a washer from this crook. After searching online it turns out there are other appliance stores outside of Tallahassee that will sell you the same brand of washer for $160 originally without charging for delivery and installation. Even if they are just as unreliable I would have already saved over $100 by shopping with them in the first place. All in all, learn from my mistake keep on looking, do not trust this company and consider looking outside of Tallahassee for companies. Also worth noting the employee David that works there is kind of a creep. So much so that my S.O. did not feel comfortable shopping there alone without my presence.
