Crumbl — Restaurant in Tallahassee

I almost NEVER write reviews, good or bad, but some things need to shared. I always frequent the Bannerman location because it’s closest to my house and I’ve never had a bad experience there. This past Saturday, I was visiting someone at the hospital and decided to stop at this location as it was closest to me at the time. I’ve been warned to not use this location because of others bad experiences. I purchased a 6-pack like I always do and my cookies looked perfect. After getting home and biting into a chocolate chip cookie, I pulled a hair out that had been baked right into the cookie 🤢🤢🤢. Of course I was thoroughly disgusted at the time🤮 and did not take a pic as I should have. I did reach out to customer service, not for any type of compensation , because I have no plans of eating at crumbl anytime soon after this experience, but because I hope management decides at some point that any employee working in a food environment should be made to wear some type of hair net.

This literally put a bad taste in my mouth and makes me hesitant to want to eat at any...

I never leave reviews, but I felt like after my experience today I needed to. I placed an app order around 7:30 PM and when I arrived, there was one worker in the store. She did not greet us, so I took the initiative to. In fact, she didn't say anything. We waited to the side (nobody else was in the store other than us). When the order was ready, she came over and asked if everything looks good, as all stores do. I replied "yes, thanks" in which she literally tapped the box and walked away, leaving it open, without saying a word. Wow. I'm assuming it's because I did not tip on the app/online order, in which I always tip cash after I receive a product. Maybe this person was just having an extremely bad evening. I just hope that this was not a manager/franchise owner, as that speaks volumes. It was very shocking as we have never had customer experience this poor at this location. At least the cookies were good, but based on that experience we will visit...

I've had issues with this location before and haven't been back since, but I recently ordered online and accidentally ordered at this location instead of the Bannerman one so I caved and went to this one instead to pick up my cookies only to find out that every single one except one was out. They closed at 12 am and I was in there at 9:21 pm. Then I asked for a refund, but they said their system wasn't working or something and offered me 4 free cookie vouchers. I asked if they worked at other locations, and they enthusiastically said yes just for me to get in my car and realize they ONLY work at this location AND they expired May of 2024.....be so for real. I would've gone back in to complain about my lost money and no cookies if it wasn't for the fact that I was already standing around for about 20 min waiting for them to tell me they didn't have anything. I don't even want my money back anymore, but this location is not it, and people...
