) Horrible experience at Pizza Hut I just wanted to share with yall my experience today at the Pizza Hut by Mahan on Capital Circle. My son and I went in there to eat their buffet for lunch. There was one waitress, an older lady, who was waiting tables. Bless her heart she was having a hard enough time keeping up with everyone. Well, I witnessed, who turns out to be her manager, taking her tips off of the table and putting them in his pocket. He looked around good before doing it. So, I called the waitress over to the table and told her she needed to ask him about it and told her what I had saw. I'm not the only one who witnessed this either. Another lady who was sitting hear us saw him as well. The waitress acted shocked and the next thing I know the manager is at my table yelling at me saying that I was accusing him. I told him NO I was not and that I witnessed it. He continued yelling at me and walking around the restaurant for everyone to hear yelling comments towards me and the situation. He done this for the next 45 minutes that we were in there. He claimed he didn't do it, then he claimed that's how they do things there (he takes the tips then gives them to his waitress'). He came to my table 3 times yelling at me right in from of my son. Completely irate, because he had been caught. We didn't get offered one single refill or anything. Then, when I was cashing out, he continued yelling at me, going back and forth with me, and walking around the dining room full of customers and yelling, making remarks. He then refused to give me the contact information to whomever HE answers to. He kept trying to give me HIS business card. (Uh, no sir. I'm going over YOUR head). He said he doesn't answer to anyone and said that he only answers to Jesus Christ. Ok, well he won't happy you been stealing sooooo.... Anyway, horrible experience. Horrible. I contacted coorporate. I called and ordered a pan pizza and then went to pick it up about 15 minutes later. I got to the drive thru window and paid with my credit card. After about 5 minutes the lady said they couldn't give me my pizza because they had run out of pan pizza dough. And in other words they had never even started on it and had not called me to let me know and not waste my time. Confused, I said ok just make some more dough for my pan pizza, but she said no you don't understand: the pan dough comes in frozen on a truck and they had run out of the PRE-MADE pan pizza dough and could not simply make more and that the STORE MANAGER had forgotten to order more. So I said just credit back my credit card and I'll head over to McDonalds. Really bizarre business but at least I found out their dough is not fresh made there. Complete waste of time. Be sure to ask if they will have all the ingredients needed to have your order ready when you get there and if they sound confused about why you're asking just tell them to recall this incident. The worst customer service in Tallahassee Florida. I don't know where they hire these people from but the managers are even worse, Jesse or whatever his name is was disgustingly unhelpful I buy pizza for my staff more than once from this particular store and now all of a sudden they're telling they don't deliver here so I had to drive up there and I work with Dementia patients btw so I get there the customer service by the cashier was great but I was even more enraged when I got my pizza it was sloppy and the icing on the cake is when a pizza hut driver in a blue camery pulled out of the parking lot same time as myself and drove in the same direction as me passing right by my job. This really annoyed me when I told Jesse that they do deliver to my job. So my next step is to call corporate because I am beyond dissatisfied with just about every pizza hut in the city of Tallahassee!!!
