Terrible customer service. This lady posted an ad on marketplace for furniture she was selling out of this business location. I had been messaging her all week asking for dimensions and she never gave them to me, kept giving me excuses. I told her I would go by the physical location to check it out and she was ok with this. After messaging her again to finalize details today (after being in contact with her for 5 days), she tells me she sold it to someone else. Absolutely inconsiderate and terrible service. I would absolutely never recommend this lady, on Facebook marketplace or anywhere else.
Response to the store's owner reply below: The piece of furniture was physically at your store. I couldn't see it, buy it, or get more information on it unless I physically went in to the store. How else would i have known about your business? You brought up your store on more than one occasion. Therefore, you were selling it from your store and should have offered me the same customer service you claim to offer everyone else.

I very fortunately never had the displeasure of being one of your customers, because throughout the week that we spoke about the item you were selling from your business, you never once mentioned that it was first come first serve. Had that been something you mentioned, I wouldn't have kept waiting for you to provide the information I asked for on mumerous occassions that you kept "forgetting" to get and would have just gone by the store. Again, speaks volume to the level of customer service you provided. And then to tell me that you didn't need to provide me any customer service because you posted the ad on Facebook for merchandise you were selling from your store. Update Unfortunately, much to my dismay the first mattress I purchased had an impression that made it very uncomfortable to sleep in. I was able to do a warranty claim and have that one replaced without much trouble. I was "offered" and upgrade for an extra $325 and opted to do that. Again, within just a few months the mattress has become impossible to sleep on due to the same issue I experienced with the first mattress. I completed yet another warranty claim and was advised via a non descript email screenshot that it was declined not one time, but three!! I am not able to sleep on the $1000 + bed I purchased due to the severe back and neck pain it causes me, so I am sleeping on my couch. At this point, while Deena was "helpful" at first, I am now getting no response. I have called the corporate office in Greenville, SC three times only to find out they don't answer their own phones, they use an answering service who has sent my messages, still no response. I also sent an email on the "contact us" page of the corporate office.......no response. I do understand per the receipt there are "no refunds", but this is insane. I have a $1000 piece of garbage I can not even use. I attempted calling another location out of state to see if they have any suggestions, they were very kind and said they will speak to their Regional manager to see what options he could come up with, mind you I did not even purchase from them. I am just in awe at the lack of care and compassion now that the sale is made and I have a problem.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis past weekend I booked a 1:15pm appointment with Deena. I confirmed my appointment about 30 minutes prior and she told me to alert her if anything came up. I alerted her that I would be a little late but I would still make my appointment. When I showed up at 1:25pm, the store was locked and there was no one inside. I called Deena and she told me to give her a minute to contact her husband because she was out doing a delivery. After waiting for about another 10 minutes, she called me back to say that there was miscommunication between her and her husband and that he left. She told me I had the option of waiting 45 minutes for her to finish the delivery or to come back at 5pm. When I asked if there would be some kind of compensation for me waiting/the miscommunication she proceeded to say āthis is a mattress not some kind of happy meal, if you want compensation have a great day.ā Iāll never do business with these people again.
