Slim Chickens — Restaurant in Tallahassee

My wife and have so many poor experiences with drive thru and take out since covid. Absolutely not regarding Slim Chickens, my point in saying is that we spend the extra time to just go inside and dine in. You get a far better understanding of the health of the restaurant and staff, even at a fast casual. The cashier was clearly a shift lead/manager, she was absolutely great and pointed out the survey for free brownie at the bottom of the receipt (corporate would be proud). The also turned and told the line staff to drop some of our specialty sides that probably take longer so everything came out same time, good move. Chicken was very fresh, steaming hot, and we like the light breading. Potato salad is perfect, with skin, bacon, light mustard. Fried pickles taste like the same batter as chciken which made it inedible due to the salt, fail. The raw chciken can handle the salted batter, brine pickles cannot. Cayenne ranch was the best. Honey mustard very good tastes like Ken's. The Slim sauce is a knock off of Canes, Zaxbys, Bell sauce, Krispy Krunchie, and it is in last place. Slims sauce is bland, not zesty, too thick, really a disappointment to put name on it. Drink station well stocked, tea and lemonade very fresh. Dining room at 11am was clearly not cleaned the night before. Nearly every table was sticky and not swept underneath booth. Twice now I have not recieved my full order or my correct order. First time was just milkshakes that I never recieved. Call for a refund on just the shakes and was told it would be handled and never was. Second time my entire order was incorrect. I recieved oreo desserts instead of the pumpkin, and pecan desserts I ordered and didn't get my milkshakes at the window. When I asked for them I was told the machine wasn't working and told I could just get fountain drinks(which do not incur the additional charge of the shakes). Ordered after work and it looked right in the bag. Drove back home (40 mins away) only to discover the entire meal was completely incorrect and did not match the ticket. Between the 2 orders a $75 and a $47 order to feed my family I have been disappointed both times, with no correction of my lost money due to not receiving the products I paid for. Very disappointed, arrived at 4:45 for an order that was to be ready at 4:55. AT 5:07 I walked up to the register to confirm they had my order, she looked at it had been sitting there in a bag. She handed it to me with my cups to make my drinks. Food is usually placed in shelves for online pickup with drinks prepared. When she handed it to me I commented “Is it cold now” she replied no I just mad it. I get home ( I live less than 5 minutes away) food is cold and not correct order. I ordered a 5 piece grilled with okra and I received a 4 piece with fries. I should have taken it back, but after sitting there 20 minutes I didn’t feel like it.
