Sparkle Tallahassee — Local services in Tallahassee

This is a long review, but I am absolutely blown away by my experience today.

My mom and I came in today on a whim and we are so glad we did. As soon as we came in we were greeted by everyone! I got to know Maddie, and got to see pictures of her adorable fur baby. She (along with everyone else) was SO helpful during our time at Sparkle Tallahassee. Everyone offered to bring the items I found to the dressing room, consistently checked in on us, made us laugh, and made us feel so welcome.

Maddie especially gave my mom and I her undivided attention for the better part of an hour and a half, running all over the store to help me find the perfect jeans. She helped my mom find some outfits for a work conference. I can easily say, I walked out with so much more confidence than I walked in with and that wasn’t so much because of the clothes (even though they were stunning) and more so because of how beautiful the girls made us feel. You can tell they genuinely care and want to create a relationship with their customer. Clothes are reasonably priced and the store is so well thought out with snacks and drinks in the sitting area. We have become forever customers!

Ashley, kudos on running such a wonderful boutique where girls can come in and know they won’t be judged and will be able to find adorable clothing for a wide range of sizes at a great price. And give Maddie a pat on the back - she provided us with wedding consultant level customer service!

From the time we walked in the door to the time we left, our visit was impeccable. Thank you Maddie and the rest of Sparkle Tallahassee for helping to make our mother daughter day...

I really wanted to like this boutique but I’ve only shopped with them a handful of times and had issues. Once it said one item in stock for a pair of jeans and then they said that they were preordered and should be shipped out at a later date and after a month I just asked for a refund and today I ordered a jumpsuit that said it was in stock and they said that the item was out of stock and they had an inventory issue and needed to refund me again, I then had to call to get the full amount of my refund back. Added a star because they’re employees are sweet but I just can’t justify shopping with a boutique with so many issues when there are so many others.

Edit: changed my review to 5 stars but wanted to edit. The owner called me and the mistakes were owned and made right. None of the issues fell on her shoulders and her being accountable and sweet (as I mentioned they were in my lower review) made me want to give them another chance. Really loved...

I ordered a dress from Sparkle Tallahassee online, and when it arrived, I was really disappointed because the color was completely different from what was shown in the photos. It seems like the images were heavily filtered or taken in misleading lighting, because what I received looked nothing like what I thought I was buying. I never would’ve purchased it had I known the true color.

I emailed customer service and politely asked for a refund instead of their usual store credit. Their response was pretty dismissive and they said no. I followed up again, asking them to reconsider, and I never received a reply. The whole experience has been frustrating and disappointing especially because I’ve been shopping there for several years now and love their style but that put a bad taste in my mouth.
