Target — Local services in Tallahassee

I’m not quite sure what conspired tonight, and couldn’t really hear the full context of what was happening. I was at this Target tonight (July 28th) to return something and was able to witness a fellow customer being extremely rude towards these two young ladies tonight, at around what I would say 6/7 o’clock at guest services. You can really tell they were trying their best to help this customer resolve whatever issue was happening. The customer was ultimately being very verbally aggressive it seemed towards the two employees telling them what to do and how to do it— which in hindsight was uncalled for because I’m almost positive the two ladies were managers seeing how they talked to one another and how they were handling the issue. The customer kept reading her receipts to the employees while they tried to explain something to her. Seems that went over the customers head. One of the girls ended up calling someone to get further instruction and the customer just kept going. From an outsider’s perspective, these two employees handled the situation perfectly…given the circumstances. I’m not sure what their names are but they did amazing. I honestly felt bad for them because they seemed to be stressed about the customer repeating herself and telling them what to do while they were simply trying to get her an answer. I live near this store and I will never set foot in here again. I have walked out 4 out of 5 times I have tried to shop there in the last month. I am pretty patient and give stores multiple chances but this is nuts. Tried to do a pick up - line of 20 people so I left and canceled my order. Tried to check out after grabbing one item - line of 30 people with one register open. After 20 minutes of trying to get the stupid self checkout to quit loading I dropped my items and left again. Tried to pick up an online order. They said I had the wrong store even though I bought at Tallahassee north location. Evidently Apalachee pkwy store is north...crazy right? It's sad because it is a nice store but if you can't actually BUY anything...what's the point. FYI - I wouldn't even attempt the drive through pick up - they never came out...

Always have a good experience at this store, even during their really busy times. Inside the store or curbside, the associates are always friendly and helpful. I wish I could remember ALL of their names, but I DO remember the two young people who helped me the last time I was there. William and Meredith brought out my order and loaded it into our vehicle. It was very hot outside, and my order included 5 cases of 32 count bottled water, which are very heavy. They loaded everything without a problem, and were very friendly and smiling the entire time! I tried offering them a tip, but they were too humble to accept it. I wish I had a William and Meredith working for me; I guarantee you they would be an asset to ANY business. In fact, I WILL try to steal them away from Target, so I hope you are treating...
