The associates that closed on August 9th need to learn customer service. I had come in during closing shift to pick up a delivery for a customer, upon walking in I was not greeted and stood there for 5+ minutes before anyone even walked away from the table making cookies (4 associates) they continued their conversation about classes and personal life. 1 other gentleman walked in and walked to the counter and had to ask one of them to take his order, no greeting for him either. Another woman walked in and the staff still did not greet her and she walked up to the kiosk to take her own order. I find it very sad that not one associate greeted any guest that walked through the door, continued personal conversation, and that we had to ask for service that is expected when walking in to a business.
I walked out telling the staff that they needed to learn better customer service, and quite frankly, I will never return to this location and will refuse any delivery for this store. Very sad staff, wanted you to know youre paying them to talk about personal lives and not assist guests, and give dirty looks.

The owner was there and he told me I would have to buy extra boxes if I needed them individually wrapped. I paid for the boxes on the self checkout like he asked. Then, asked me which one I needed separately boxed. I said all of them, I just bought 4 boxes like you asked. He then was upset that I didn’t pay the price point of individual cookies because I had individual boxes for each(that I had to pay extra for!) . Instead of chastising the customer for not checking themselves out to his expectations, probably should shut the self-pay down and check the customers out himself, so he can charge as much as he is hoping for. Read moreI am very disappointed in my last two orders using the Crumbl app. I try to treat my team with sweet treats and twice now have been disappointed with Crumbl and their delivery service of choice. The first time I received the wrong cookies. The second time I received someone else's Zaxby's order. I understand that Door Dash is the service, however, that is the service that Crumbl selected. All involved can do better. Crumbl's solution every time is nice...they offer a free cookie...however I have to come and get the free cookie. There is a reason I order "delivery" via the app. I asked for the owner's name and got that. I was told he was at a different store.
