Firehouse Subs Bannerman Crossing — Restaurant in Florida

If I could give this business location zero or negative stars, I would. Rarely do I submit such negative reviews, but this Firehouse Subs franchise has earned it. Several previous experiences over the past couple months have been poor - exceedingly long (25+ minutes) waits to complete order, errors on order, and a couple of weeks ago walked out with what turned out to be a completely different sandwich than what I ordered and paid for. But tonight took the cake. Called in an order for one sub, spoke with the manager/owner/franchisee, not sure which. Was told 10 minutes. Arrived in about that time, paid, was told order not quite ready. After a little over 10 minutes inquired about order status. The six - SIX - employees, including the manager, looked at each other with zero comprehension. Turns out the order was ready when I first arrived, was placed in a box atop a cooler. As mentioned, none of these issues were for lack of workers. This place is simply screwed up, and I will never patronize it again. Furthermore, should anyone inquire about a sub shop location, I will offer other alternatives and relate my experiences with this one. Just unbelievable. It’s subs, not interstellar space travel. I ordered some food for the my family and I. The order was schedule to be ready at 1925hrs. I arrived early and there were several orders that were made before mine. I finally got my order. 4 hot and specialty subs. 1 was hot and the other 3 were cold. I ordered the Firehouse steak n cheese. My wife got the Italian, it was cold, and my sons got the NY steamer, and the club on the sub. The club on the sub was fine per my oldest son. Well my wife and I have had issues that involve Pepto. We both have gone through nearly and entire bottle after that meal. I like firehouse don't get me wrong. But I will be going to another location rather than this one. We have had consistent issues, with food being picked up cold and it supposed to hot. Or wrong all together. I have reported this issues already. This used to be a great place. Customer service must not be important to the owner anymore. Myself and another customer walked in tonight. The shop was not busy, only one group of four sitting at a table. Two employees behind the counter, one preparing a sandwich the other just standing there. Neither of use were greeted when we came on, not even a hello. We stood there at the register for five minutes, looking at the employees. They looked at us and still said nothing. When the one not doing anything did say something all he said was " You know what you want". That's it!! Not how are you, welcome to Firehouse or anything.
