Horrible service! If I could give them a zero star, I would. I left a Pandora necklace that had a missing link and was detached from the clasp. The lady said she had to send it for repair and said she would call me in a week. After almost two weeks, I went because I hadn't received her call. When I handed her the ticket, she told me it was already picked up. I answered that it was impossible because I was the only person who had the pick-up ticket, and I requested to see proof. She went to the side room without any answer. After 5 minutes, she came back with the envelope where the necklace was placed and said it was all the way to the bottom of the vault. Then she had the nerve to tell me in: "We had called you." I answered that I didn't receive any phone calls, showing her my phone call history. Then she said: "we had sent you a text message." Since I realized she was lying and it was too much, I asked her to show me the text. Again, she had the nerve to show me a text that said the piece was ready for pick up and covered with her thumb the phone # that the message was sent to. Again, I asked her to uncover the phone number, and of course, it wasn't my number. I decided not to continue the conversation because she was a compulsive liar. I asked her how much it was, and she said $35. I handled her my debit card, and she charged $35 plus tax. She processed the payment and gave two receipts: the first one, handwritten, showed $35+ tax = $37.45. The second ticket came from the credit card terminal, which showed $37.45, and the words "No Tax" next to...

Great prices on all its jewelry, also there is a shop there for people like me that need braces for their knees or are handicapped and need a crutch or wheelchair they're very inexpensive and they help you out. University fitness gym is one of the gyms that I have never seen lacking a piece of equipment needed to stay in shape. They have neck machines, which no gym you go to will have they have every kind of stomach exercise machine you can think of. Two of a kind of every machine except for the neck machine! Most gyms don't even know what they're for. They have two punching bags which everybody respect because they're very expensive they take their shoes off because most of the people that go to University gym have a lot of class. I have been a gym rat all my life since I've been 14 I pumped iron. I'm 64 now and I go to University fitness there is every age there people are very helpful! And most of the young kids that go there have so much class. Go to any of these high-priced gym and spend $100 a month you still won't be able to compare the quality of University...

I had a terrible experience with 1 vendor in the jewelry exchange. First I would suggest if you see someone going to another booth to get your jewelryl fixed cut out the middle man. Just go wherever SHE is going directly. I can't remember her name off hand but she was the vendor on the at the right hand door directly on your right. Everything that she had fixed for me broke. She gold plated a gold ring! Didn't listen to any directions and charged ahead... then claiming that that she had not agreed to certain things. Put stainless steel where gold plating was supposed to go. Wanted to recharge for necklaces that broke on 1st wear. Go directly to the jewelry...
