I recently had the pleasure of coordinating an event at Casa De Amore, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. From start to finish, Maholey, the event manager at Casa De Amore, showcased exceptional customer service that played a pivotal role in making our event a success.
One of the standout features of Casa De Amore is their remarkable level of accommodation. The venue went above and beyond to ensure that every detail leading up to the actual event was handled with care. As an event coordinator, this made the planning process remarkably smooth and easygoing, alleviating any stress that often comes with organizing large gatherings.
The hands-on approach of the Casa De Amore staff was truly commendable. Maholey and the team were actively involved at every step, ensuring that everything was in place and running seamlessly. This level of dedication and attention to detail significantly contributed to the overall positive experience for both the organizers and attendees.
The staff, including the attentive waitstaff and skilled bartender, were not only professional but also provided excellent service throughout the event. The quality of the food served was outstanding, leaving a lasting impression on our guests. Casa De Amore clearly understands the importance of not just providing a space but curating a complete and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.
I wholeheartedly recommend Casa De Amore as a top-notch event venue. Their commitment to customer satisfaction, hands-on approach, and the exceptional service provided by the staff makes it an ideal choice for any event. If you're looking for a venue that not only meets but exceeds expectations, Casa De Amore should be at the top...
Read moreOnly giving two stars because itâs a pretty venue but horrible experience. We rented the outside terrace for a ONE hour ceremony on September 26. Unfortunately because of the storm, the weather was horrible. Keep in mind, when searching for venues, I asked if we would be able to use the indoor space if it came to it. This was one of the few places that said it would be no problem. When touring Casa, the man who helped me even came up with a spot downstairs where they could split the larger room into a smaller space at no extra cost if it came down to it. He called me September 25 to let me know that the weather was not looking too good, and asked if I wanted to move the ceremony indoors. I said of course no problem. He then proceeded to say that even though we might have had a conversation about the pricing remaining the same, he was not going to be able to hold up his end of the bargain because he didnât put it in writing and that it would be an extra FOUR HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS. When I told him that was absolutely ridiculous considering our prior conversation, he continued saying because it wasnât in writing he wouldnât be able to help. He said he would try to talk to his boss but never called me back. I understand their perspective but $450 extra for one hour, with NO decorations and less than 40 people was absolutely ridiculous. He also said the only reason they were going to charge this amount was because they needed to turn the AC on. They refused to let my guests inside until we paid $450. Not helpful...
Read moreThis place is beautiful, but trying to even book and pay for the venue was like pulling teeth with no annistesa. Where do I begin, I first went in person and spoke to Maholy. She was nice and explained everything to me. Her laptop was down and she had to get back to me with available dates for May. She sent me a text with the dates. Long short of it, I called to book, and she proceeded to say that One of the dates she sent is no longer available and there would be an additional cost of $500 for us to bring our on food because the restaurant would be open by the end of March. I stated what does that have to do with me booking a date in May and the restaurant's is not even open yet. She stated she had to get with her boss Patrick and and confirm if the fee can be waived. After calling both Patrick and Maholy several times for a week to get an answer I received no response. The last communication I had with Patrick was he had to get with his coordinator. The last communication I had with Maholy was stating she was going to Patrick's office to speak with him and would get back to me by the end of business day with an answer. I called and sent additional text messages to follow up and confirm what date I wanted and needed to come make the payment and no response was provided. The customer service overall sucks. This is not how you conduct business if you want...
