Ordered the Impossible King combo that was advertised on the drive thru display case. Upon ordering, the Burger King employee/representative of a billion dollar company exclaimed I was unable to purchase the combo for the ADVERTISED PRICE DISPLAYED ON THEIR KIOSK because it’s no longer offered at that price. When I asked why is it still being advertised if it’s no longer being offered, the professional Burger King employee stated “ it’s not my job to change the sign and asked do you want to order or not?” Due to the employee rude attitude, I replied I would like to purchase the combo for the advertised price because it isn’t my fault that the board wasn’t updated by whomever job it is and LEGALLY I must not pay more than the ADVERTISED PRICE!! The employee stated No and that I would be charged regular price! I asked for a manager and all of a sudden I was ignored. As I spoke into the intercom there was no reply, just totally ignored a paying customer. I REFUSE TO SUPPORT A FRANCHISE THAT HAS EMPLOYEES WHO HAS NO RESPECT FOR ITS PATRONS. I’m sure there are rules and regulations in the franchise agreement for MISREPRESENTING and VIOLATING the code of conduct and service agreement. Read moreWhere to start? Felt like there was an attitude issue from the very beginning. The person on the other line of the order didn’t seem to have patience. We ordered 2 large whopper combo with one whopper without cheese, mayo and bacon. This choice was not just a matter of taste but it was because my wife religion. She does not consume pork in any form and specifically said no bacon on the order.
When we get a home we each pick our meal that was clearly marked on the cover and proceeded to dig in. A quarter into her sandwich we discovered 3 bacon strips. She rushed to the bathroom to throw up and stayed there for an hour.
This is unacceptable. This is almost as crucial as an allergic reaction. If she has any side effects, we may want to pursue more legal actions.
