Whether you order in person or delivery this location is basically guaranteed to get your order wrong.
I ordered through Uber eats and I specifically called to say please read the notes. I asked to speak to a manager to make sure my order was correct. I explained my order has been made wrong the last few times I ordered. I said if my order would be wrong I’d be contacting corporate about this location. The manager made my order.
And guess what. They STILL got my order wrong. After all that they still got it wrong. It’s mind blowing. I asked for tomatoes on my sub. Didn’t get that. I asked for my sauce on the side. Didn’t get that. I asked for my sub to be double toasted in the notes and they made a note on my receipt saying they can’t double toasted it because it will burn the bread. I’ve gotten my sub double toasted for years and it’s never extremely burnt kand so what if I do like my bread burnt! Give the customer what they ask for!

Read moreI had to share my experience. I was out shopping and decided to pop into this location. I haven’t been to firehouse subs in 8 years so I was confused what to get. As soon as I walked in the atmosphere was so welcoming. The cashier helped me with my order because I was confused what to get. I told him I haven’t been to firehouse in 8 years he tells me “welcome back! We won’t disappoint” They even recommended sauces to put on the sub and trust me that sub was the best I’ve ever had! The vibe was 10/10 from the moment I walked in to when I left. I even watched how they interacted with the other customers in the store. And personalized everyone’s experience using words like “when did you start getting the cajun chicken?” Which shows that the customers are regulars. On my way out I literally had to ask for everyone’s names. I’m a manager at my company and I believe customer service is a top priority at all times and should never go unnoticed when employees are putting their best foot forward and going above and beyond. Coming into the restaurant the smell absolutely phenomenal. We were immediately greeted by the staff behind the counter. The woman at the register who took our order was helpful and very informative as we informed her that we had never been to this restaurant she was very helpful and suggesting what we might like . The sandwiches were absolutely correct They were made quickly. The presentation was amazing. The sandwiches were well put together and we absolutely had a great experience at this restaurant would recommend it to anybody and will definitely be back . Thank you all for doing a great job .
