Ocean Furniture — Local services in Tampa

PLEASE READ- I found this place on Google. I went in with my sis to get furniture for our new apartment. My sister and I have a unique relationship so we have a different vibe. AJA was AMAZING. She helped us find a super cute bedroom set. We got it and we had about 3 weeks to pay before the delivery date which we paid in full. She helped me out and gave me a discount. When I went in the second time with my mom she fell in love with a dining room set which was a steal. So I spoke with AJA and we were able to get the dining room set. It seems like we had a misunderstanding when it came to pricing and she called me to explain. Our math didn't app up and unfortunately I could not cover the price difference. With the sadness in my heart I told them to cancel my order cause I could not afford it. AJA called me back and apologized and told me her manager would call and we would work it out. I HOPE THEY DID NOT CHARGE AJA THE DIFFERENCE IF SO I WILL NOT COME BACK HERE CAUSE SHE WAS GREAT. Santiago called me and thanks to AJA I was able to keep the delivery for the dining set for my mom. WE ARE VERY HAPPY AND I THANK AJA AND SANTIAGO FOR THEIR HELP. AJA is AMAZING go visit her!!!!! Cute furniture and FUN customer service....

Then there are little-known gems like Ocean Furniture sprinkled about the area. I wondered into the store over a year ago looking for a mattress but was pleasantly surprised by the array of brand new furniture and quality services they offered. Since then, I have made Ocean Furniture my NUMBER ONE place to go for furniture and have sent countless friends and family members their way. Max, Juan, and the entire staff including the delivery guys are amazing. The service is personable, professional and the prices are always fair. The delivery guys are timely, quick and courteous. If an item isnt available they will get it ordered for you, they are retailers for several furniture manufacturers. They also offer several finance options. I've been displaced from my home for 8 months from Hurricane Milton and lost everything. I was driving to my temporary home and noticed this beautiful store on Nebraska Avenue. I was greeted by Juan Londono. The store was absolutely beautiful, for months I've been having a hard time shopping for two bedroom sets at a reasonable price. I managed to get and have delivered the following week... two beautiful bedroom sets and the price was comparable to one that I'd recently shopped at another store. I purchased a full size bedroom set and a queen size bedroom set and I'm extremely happy with my purchase.
