Good taste — Restaurant in Tampa

SUMMARY

I had a poor reaction to the vegetable fried rice several hours after eating there.

MY FOOD AND PRICE

My vegetable fried rice for a quart was $6.95. That's about a dollar less than three other places I know.

Google maps shows $$. I disagree. I suggest $ is more correct.

ATMOSPHERE AND DECOR

There was no AC on, but it may have been just a temporary problem. From the overall condition of the place nothing said "we strive to be clean and neat." Not dirty, just not cared for like some other places. There were about six tables with four nice chairs each, so you could eat there, but I think everyone got take out.

STAFF

Average. No extra effort to be friendly in greeting or manner. But quick and efficient. And it might have been a long day for them in the hot restaurant. I would be drained too.

NUMBER OF CUSTOMERS

I was there Friday evening at 7:30 pm. The two customers ahead of me had a $28 order. Three other people were waiting. It was busy, indicating it is popular with those living nearby.

WAIT

There were at least four orders ahead of mine, but my food came out in good time.

KEY FACTOR IN RATING

Several hours after eating there I developed a bad headache. I sometimes have such reactions to food and try to avoid such places...

Currently writing this review from the Autozone bathroom next door.. i have never written a review before because i hate that stuff but this place was so atrocious i just simply had to. I driver uber eats 12 hours a day and have been to most places in the tampa area. I LOVE CHINESE FOOD. And im a big creature of habbit. I order burbon chicken every single time i get chinese. I do that here, in new york and in Beijing if i was there. This is hands down the absolute worst meal i have had since i went to columbia to visit a friend from a poor village and had to eat some sort of intestine meat however now im fantsizing about it because of the taste currently in my mouth. The rice is flavorless, the chicken is grizzled and the sauce... HAHA omg the sauce is literal viniger mixed with what i assume is honey? This meal ran through me faster than usain bolt. I wish i ate the $10 bill instead of this apocalypic burbon chicken. I wouldnt feed this to my worst enemy.

If i could put zero star's i would have.(DON'T EAT HERE PLEASE); My reasoning is because. I walk into the Good Taste Chinese food Establishment on Monday 21-2022, and what i seen has made me not want Chinese takeout ever again; I walked up the to the shielded counter waiting for someone to come take my order and also trying to get someone's attention from behind the counter that I had seen. And they did not notice me at first and they were chopping meat up. ( I WITNESSED THIS PERSON DROP SOME RAW MEAT ON THE FLOOR AND PICK IT UP TO THEN PUT THE CONTAMINATED RAM MEAT WITH THE GOOD MEAT, THEN CONTINUED TO CHOP AWAY UNTIL THEY LOOKED UP, CAME OVER, ASKED WHAT I...
