Truly disorganized and unconcerned with customers. We have used this store to service our pool and as our main supply store for about one year. The employees in the store are unable to answer any questions without their manager next to them (questions about filters, services, water quality, etc) and when you call with questions about your account they do not know how to look up your account, check maintenance schedules, etc. Furthermore, the manager can never take your call and does not return calls and messages. Maintenance schedules are particularly important as you can never guess which day of the week might be the day they come to clean your pool. We took to leaving our gate unlocked at all times because there was no way to know. We were willing to live with all of this until recently when they failed to show up for 4 weeks but charged us as normal. The first week the guy that cleans our pool was injured on the job. We wondered why someone else wouldn't come by the next day but figured they might be understaffed so no big deal. the next week, no one showed and they have no explanation. Then the NEXT week no one came. I called and after 3 messages finally discovered that the guy had to go home early "because he has animals in his house." No idea what that means. 3 weeks with no cleaning. This past week I called to figure out why, by 4 pm Friday, no one had showed and they told me they would have someone there by 9:30 Saturday morning. I had guests that afternoon and told them that if no one was there by ten they had lost my business. the guy didn't show until around 1 pm. he said sorry but he had just decided to start his route.

Read moreUpdate: Removing stars because they have come on the wrong day 8 of past 14 weeks. We call to ask why our pool wasn’t cleaned and the store manager always gives excuses and says they’ll call us next time it happens, which they never do. The store manager, Letty, is now claiming our day is Thursdays, not Fridays, which makes it even worse because that means they came on the correct day only 2 of last 14 weeks. We are now shopping for a new pool service company and would advise new customers to proceed with caution (or at least avoid end of week pool cleaning times if you enjoy being able to use your pool on the weekends).
We had great service for the first year, but over the past month and a half communication and reliability with this store been awful. For two weeks in a row they didn’t show up to clean the pool and we had to call for updates both times about why no one came by. I understand things happen and people call out and I don’t fault them for staff shortages, but there was absolutely no communication from them and we had to call multiple times for updates. Since then, every week they have come on different days besides the assigned day that we chose and are paying for with no advanced notice of date change. Imagine sitting in your kitchen when you’re home alone and looking up and seeing two men in your backyard without notice. My husband and I have discussed the communication issues with Letty at this store multiple times and there continues to be no communication when they come unannounced on random days. Read moreI purchased a large Green Egg here in 2013. Both the fire ring and fire box cracked this year. Since both are covered under a lifetime warranty I contacted the store. I was told I would receive a phone call. Two weeks later and no phone call I called again and was told someone would call me which also never happened. Two days later I drove to the store and talked with a manager. He was very nice but seemed clueless about the warranty process. I did get a copy of my receipt which I lost years ago. He told me it would take a long time to get things started assuming I registered the product when I purchased it. I told him if it wasn't warrantied I would go to Costco and buy the knockoff product. He wasn't going to get any new sale from me. When I got home I emailed Green Egg and sent them pictures of the broken parts and my receipt. I was advised that the parts would be warrantied and to contact The Outdoor Kitchen store and provide them with the Green Egg approval Email and the pictures of the broken parts. I did and my replacement parts are now requested and in the system. Any additional parts not under warranty such as felt gaskets and such will be bought from my new favorite Green Egg store on Kennedy Blvd. I'd have given at least a two star review if I had just received a...
