Me and my girlfriend went in to get a bedroom set from this location today and within 2 hours of receiving our furniture roaches started appearing in our bedroom. We were not made aware that the furniture was used, ( I guess I should have known) the dresser came damaged with burn marks, the night stand had remence of borac acid inside of it. My girlfriend called the location letting them know we have killed several roaches at that point and the only answer Daniel the manager could give us was that they could pick up the furniture tomorrow. She accepted that answer until we continued to see them and then I saw an adult roach crawling and running to hide in my apartment. I immediately called Daniel and let him know I wanted this infested furniture out of my house. He tells me the drivers leave at 6pm. It was 6:45p at that point and that they were about to close at 7. I told that as a customer, and being about to pay his company almost $2,000 that wasn't acceptable. I know as a former customer service agent they have to have emergency situations to correct problems like this. After putting me on hold he then told me that the problem came from a previous pickup they did, the person before had furniture that was infested and it transferred to our stuff. I let Daniel know that was absolutely not an excuse as to why I had roaches in my apartment. So SOMEONE knew of this infestation and delivered this furniture anyway with critters crawling all over it, simply bc they didn't care. I ensured the dresser and night stand was picked up tonight because I wasn't taking no for an answer. And surely within 10min someone came to get it. Tomorrow I will be going first thing in the morning to the location to settle the rest of the differences I have with them. I really just want my money back and be done and close this contract because I'm so disgusted. To have to pay $2,000 for furniture plus the headache of invited critters is more than I bargained for. My fiancée and I went in at 11 on a Saturday looking for a couch/love seat as we just moved and have been sitting on plastic totes with pillows on top. Crystal and Pedro worked with me and worked out an incredible deal where we got a reclining couch/love seat set (the love seat has a storage compartment and cup holders!) AND a gorgeous tv stand. They not only helped us get to a price that worked for us, but even managed to arrange for it to be delivered same day!

Sam and Mark had all three (heavy!!!) pieces off their truck and in our living room in no more than fifteen minutes, while laughing and joking with us the whole time, which was an amazing feat to watch. Obviously two guys who genuinely enjoy their job. By 4:30 we were watching tv in our incredibly squishy, comfy recliners for FAR less than we would have paid anywhere else and FAR faster than any other way, short of paying full price somewhere and driving it home ourselves.

Plus every step of the way every person we interacted with was so nice, so friendly, and obviously wanted to help find what would work for us and not be a struggle. Definitely very happy we went to Rent King on Busch and highly recommend them to anyone needing lease to own furniture at...

just got a couch from here today that was delivered. not only did it take an extra day for them to deliver the couch wanting to make sure it was cleaned before they brought it, the day it comes, we sit on the couch and in less than hour, come to find out it has bed bugs. No wonder why they wanted to make sure it was extra cleaned before they brought it. That’s disgusting. For them to come pick this up, I wouldn’t trust this spot for furniture. Not if you guys want bed bugs. I’m most certainly not satisfied. and then it smell like dirt when I sat on it, nah man take this back. Definitely need a refund.
