This is our second time going, we went on a Saturday and today (Tuesday) first time we tried it , food was delicious. I got an avocado , turkey , egg, and cheese sandwich and my bf got a 2 meat platter. This time I tried their chicken noodle soup which was amazing , my bf tried platter again and side of hash browns. There were only 2 tables with people (including us) and there’s two servers but they kept giggling and chatting, at a certain point the guy at the other table had to stand to let her know he was there. Server asked us if everything was good , hash-browns were cold and hard , she said “sorry about that” and walked away. We thought she would take it off the bill ($3.50) since we ate everything but the hashbrown. She left it on the bill which kind of left a bad taste (pun intended). When you eat out you really appreciate the little things, most likely that would have went towards her tip but instead it comes off as they can careless if we come back or not. Well anyways great place just needs a better / friendlier management, weekends probably would be best to visit , in my opinion. Hope this...

I am Not in agreement with the menu layout. If you bracket items with the same title and explanation but then pick and choose which items will have sides and will not, that's disingenuous....simply put that's bad advertising
Case in point, don't list the following bracket as platters and give a general explanation that they come with the following and then state , " oh they actually don't. " then in front of other customers agree/state that. " yes there are parts of the menu that are confusing but I can't do anything about it. "
It's one thing if someone got confused reading it. But if other people standing there at the the same time also said the same thing. Perhaps re-mapping the menu to convey a better message would be appropriate.
I am all for supporting small businesses, but not with that kind of mentality, especially if the hostess agrees with you publicly and accepts it has been a mentioned...

Cuban: The pork was well seasoned, but tasted old. The sandwich was not pressed enough and came out cold and falling apart. The ham was fine, but the salami tasted cheap. I’m always wary when mayo, lettuce, and tomato automatically come on a cubano because that’s not authentic IMO, so we asked to order it without these. There was one single line of cheese down the middle and it wasn’t nearly enough.
Beef empanada: It was fine. It did taste like maybe it was frozen and then refried or made the day before but it was tasty enough. The price was the insane part for me - $6.50 for one slightly larger than average empanada
The fountain Pepsi was actually very good! Good sized cups.
