I don’t usually write reviews, but after my experience with TellFix on Bush Blvd, I felt like I had to take a moment to share how amazing this place truly is. From start to finish, everything was professional, fast, and beyond my expectations.

I came in with a cracked iPhone screen that I had been putting off fixing for weeks. A friend recommended TellFix, and now I know why. The staff greeted me right away with a warm welcome and were super knowledgeable about what needed to be done. They gave me an honest quote, no hidden fees, and told me exactly how long the repair would take. To my surprise, they had it done even faster than expected — under 30 minutes!

The repair quality is top-notch. My screen looks brand new, like nothing ever happened. No bubbles, no glitches — just a flawless, smooth display. I was also worried that the touch sensitivity or Face ID might be affected (I’ve had that issue with other repair places in the past), but everything works perfectly. They clearly use high-quality parts and take pride in their work.

What really stood out to me though was the customer service. These guys genuinely care. They weren’t just trying to rush me in and out or upsell anything. They took the time to answer my questions, gave me tips on how to protect my phone better in the future, and even threw in a free screen protector.

The shop itself is clean and organized, and it’s obvious that they’re professionals who take their business seriously. They also fix tablets, laptops, and other electronics, so I’ll definitely be back if I need anything else worked on.

Terrible Service – Stay Away I paid over $200 to get my cracked phone screen replaced here. Before the repair, the phone worked fine just a broken screen. After the replacement, it started glitching, turning grey/blue, freezing, and becoming unusable.

They blamed it on water damage, but multiple other repair shops and Apple confirmed it’s a faulty screen. I asked for a refund and was told I’d get a call back—never happened. They’ve been dodging me for a week and now claim the technician isn’t in.

They refuse to take responsibility or give me a refund. This place is unprofessional, dishonest, and shady. Don’t waste...

I'm sure this place has closer to 5 stars because of friends and family. We went last Sunday just to change or screen they said yes, of course, 2h max, and gave us 3 different prices for the same service. Ended up paying almost 200.
