Literally set up an appointment for 2:15. We get there, the door is locked, nobody wants to answer the door & finally a lady opens up and says they're closed.... Then we say we got an appointment.. So they tell us the guy left... The person cutting our hair was a girl... then they tell us we called the wrong number... except that the same number is on the sign which matched the number we called... Then she tells us this isn't shear excellence EXCEPT it is...Then she tells us the lady next door cuts hair except she only does Weave. Next time just tell us it's too late & come back tomorrow....
