Sunrise Food Market — Local services in Tampa

This place is unbelievable I ordered oxtail one day it was hard as brick and red inside . I let it go thinking mabey it was just a bad day I went back last Friday it was even worse than last it was hard as hell. I'm not a person to complain but had to say something. So I called back and told the girl that serve me that it was hard and not eatable she said we will help you if we come back on Monday. I said okay I come back she said I remember you, let me talk to my boss she went back into the kitchen area and came back and said the boss said I was supposed to bring the food back! In my mind if I only have a 30 min lunch break how I'm supposed to do that if I called and that was never mentioned in the first place so I asked to speak to the boss she said he not back there I had to call him. But I seen him back there and didn't want to come out so today was Monday this happen and no results so I left that's $30.17 for those 2 trays it's not about the money it's about the principle of how they running the business. I work with a lot of ppl and we know how much people love ox tails this was so bad I left the food in front my job for the animals they ate the rice and left the meat! New staff and owners upon my last visit worker unsanitary observed (female) worker rubbing her bare hands in her hair and not washing them or putting on gloves the continued to prepare food, cubans, etc, then she went to wait on me and I brought it to her attention. I asked for mgmt, explained the situation to him he spoke w her and asked me to please come back again, in other words, give them another chance, to this date I have informed all my friends and family of the experience and told them not to patronize the establishment. To date March 31, 2019, I have not even considered going back. The previous owners of the establishment (plus staff) were very much hygienically orientated and constantly wash their hands and wore gloves. Sunrise Food Mart let me tell you if you didn't have a chance to visit Sunrise Food Mart read about 2 years ago because it's Under New Management now and they're decent but they're nothing and I mean nothing like the last owner it was family ran and they were great they were great everything was great everything was cooked just right the prices were great never a bad adding their everybody was friendly they always had such as just amazing they had such great food all the time and that's not really too many spots that could really beat sunrise before the original owners left now as far as the new people that's there now not really sure where they going but it's definitely a difference in them and the old people that ran it but give him a chance maybe they'll come around and...
