Venue 2106 — Restaurant in Tampa

I’m not sure where to begin. I will say the best thing about this place is the service. That part is fine, but everything else is lacking for me. I went at 9pm on a Friday. To start they have a very small menu and they were out of two of the best items on it. I ordered wings and they brought out 5 of the tiniest wings I’ve ever seen in my life. Imagine five of the smallest wings from the party pack you get at the grocery store. I’ve never ordered wings from a place and only got 5 of them. On top of that, the chicken was not seasoned at all. I also ordered one of their cocktails and the drink literally tasted gasoline. I’ve never had tequila that had a motor oil after taste. The music is also extremely loud, like obnoxiously loud to where it’s uncomfortable for your ears. I was in and out in 30 minutes because it was so bad. They do have free valet which is cool. But, the food and drinks are mid and overpriced for what you get. I can’t see myself...

I enjoyed the atmosphere for the targeted audience. I will return for another event because of the vibe. However, I will eat before going or eat at another establishment. The food I ordered was chicken quesadillas and a Shirley Temple, non alcoholic drink. The quesadillas was burnt and the Shirley Temple was watered down. I shared my food with my guest. She said it was burnt. I brought it to the attention of the gentlemen behind the bar. He didn't acknowledge me nor make a comment.
