Update** They reached out to us to try and solve the issue - just a note for anyone in the future - they will only offer you new cookies or a voucher for cookies. So if you dislike the raw, salty, overkilled chocolate in the regular chocolate chip cookies.....they are not interested in anything other than just giving more gross cookies. The fact that they don't even offer a partial refund no matter how bad the quality the send out shows enough about them. I do not recommend this business. Both my fiance and I (who have huge sweet tooths!!) found this place to be one of the worst. There are so many better spots to get treats who have better customer service as well.

We did a delivery order and it was our first time. We got sugar cookies and chocolate chip. The sugar cookies and chocolate chip cookies came melted slightly together which isn’t a huge deal, but the person who requested the sugar didn’t like chocolate and it had seeped through. All cookies came undercooked, and just fell apart when picked up. The chocolate chip cookie must have been double chocolate chip given by mistake, because it was. An overwhelming amount that you could hardly taste the cookie itself, and couldn’t even break a tiny piece off that didn’t have chocolate. Very disappointed with the customer service I just received here. This is my first time in the actual store (I’ve just ordered Uber eats in the past) but I have family in town and wanted to show them because the cookies are always so good. I asked for half a dozen of a certain cookie and was told they were only three. I asked if they were able to be made and the person helping me in the front went to ask. A woman stormed out and basically told me this is what there is and too bad and that it would take “atleast 30 minutes.” All the while not looking me in the eye whatsoever, offered no apology and just stormed back into the kitchen. She was extremely cold and aggressive when I just asked a simple question. Not once did she or the man working the front ask if there was anything else I could get or apology for their horrible attitudes. I get people have long days but I simply asked if more cookies could be made. It’s the whole point of the business…? I left without anything and I will never return here nor order on Uber eats. I just got three dozen cookies from Tiff’s Treats in Melbourne I ordered through the Instacart restaurant app. They are so amazing! I can’t believe we tried 8 different types of cookies and one was better than the next. They are baked to order so they came warm and smelled incredible. Then we get to the taste, they are not overly sweet which is incredible because you can taste every single ingredient in each cookie. I have downed half a dozen carrot cake cookies I swear it’s the best cookie I’ve ever eaten. One of the best things is they are cooked all the way through and not raw like some franchise cookies.
