My husband and I got married here last Sunday, and I'm so happy with how well things turned out. The venue is beautiful with wood floors and exposed brick walls that really matched the modern industrial vibe we were going for. The bridal suite has plenty of space and we didn't feel cramped at all the morning of which made it easier to relax before my big day.
Tiffany, the venue manager, and her mom Colleen are so attentive and willing to go above and beyond to make your dreams come true. When we had a hiccup with our rehearsal, Tiffany made it right instantly and saved the day. The day of the wedding the church next door decided they were just going to use the venue's parking lot, so Colleen sat outside for hours making sure that our guests had a place to park.
The Party Pals, the setup/cleanup and bartender crew that works with the venue, we're so helpful at all stages of the day. They set up all of our tables, chairs, arch, etc., took care of setting up our buffet, and kept the space clean throughout the whole night. I really can't say enough kind things about this company. Read moreThis post is to provide constructive criticism as it pertains to working with this particular wedding venue. As a potential customer in comparison with other weddings venues in Tampa Bay, this venue's communication was very poor (3 to 4 day turn around time). Although it may be a small detail; real glassware, utensils, different table cloth color and more are upgraded costs (which is odd considering the estimated price and other venue competition in the same price range). We decided to book a tour but was cancelled last minute (day of) due to the new owner and a more important meeting. Which ultimately says that potential customers are not priority. I hope this helps the new owners and current employees make a positive change for future...
