We met Jason Old from the Welcome Home Team at an open house and were immediately impressed by his openness and honesty. After listening to what we were looking for, he took us around that open house showing us specific things he thought would make it NOT right for us. We gave him our contact info and he sent us 3 other promising houses in our price range the same day. After that Jason continued to show more hustle than any of the other 3 agents we'd briefly worked with before. Jason continued to send us promising properties to review and continued to be EXTREMELY responsive to any request to view a property for the duration of our 1.5 month home search, usually getting us in to see properties the same day we requested, and on a couple of occasions even the same hour. We ended up seeing 10-15 homes with Jason before finding our perfect one, but he never showed any sign of frustration or trying to rush us, and kept up the same great energy through the whole thing. He's got an amazing personality and is extremely easy to work with, and as far as I can tell the rest of his team at Welcome Home Team are just as great as he is. (He and his team managed to find us a free washer and dryer from another home whose new owners were bringing their own, and two of Jason's colleagues even delivered it to our new house TOTALLY FREE OF CHARGE.
