Kimberly was a great host, responding to questions I had even before arrival. The home was easy to locate and the room and bathroom were spacious. There was a small refrigerator ( including small freezer compartment) in the room as well as electric tea kettle. The house is lovely inside, warm and artistically decorated. and spotlessly clean. There is a friendly dog , and also a cat who I saw occasionally when I went into the kitchen . The breakfast I had was nutritious and very tasty and you can choose from a basic offering for the morning included in room rate or request add ons for an additional charge. This place was a perfect spot for my short stay in Tampa. I stayed in the Peacock room and it was beyond spacious and comfy. I got a great night sleep. House sits on a busy road, very noisy inside the front bedroom. No headboard for the bed ( bed is up against cold windows) which made it very uncomfortible to sit up in bed. Lots of dust, clutter on the front porch and in general the front room.
