I’ve been coming to this location for at least seven years and always order the same thing: an Italian BMT with no ham, substituted with turkey. Today, I was told that I would now be charged extra for turkey and salami since substitutions are no longer allowed on the Italian BMT.
Out of frustration, I drove just four minutes away to another Subway nearby, and they had no problem serving me my exact order at no additional cost. This shows the issue isn’t with the brand itself, but with how this particular location chooses to operate.
This might explain why this store is always empty compared to others. Policies like this turn away loyal customers and lose sales over something as small as a substitution.

The last two times that I ordered from here they forgot something. The 1st time they forgot my drink and I just let it go, but this last time they didn't send my drink or chips. I tried calling over and over and no answer. I wrote a complaint on their site where they said they will send my inquiry to the right place to solve my problem and all I got was a generic message from the owner saying they apologize that my visit didn't go well and that they look forward to serving me in the future. It is obviously a copy and pasted message that they send to everyone. I responded saying I would like a refund for the items I didn't receive and no answer. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!! I came with my sister at about 9:45 PM and they closed at 11/12 from the moment we parked the car we saw the lady shaking her head and seemed upset that we had come since she was getting ready to close about 2hrs early. Another person Also arrived when we got there which made her really mad. We should have left because she made us a dry cold sloppy sandwich and we were eating it there and she was just giving us a dirty look and asked is we were going to get more soda cause she was gonna turn off the machine.
