Food is so great and ambiance of the restaurant is so good as well but the service is just disappointing been here three times already still no improvements and today I didnât even eat here I was just placing an order for to go and it was still disappointing, I call to order was put on hold for 20 mins and the lady who answered the call said it was gonna be a brief hold and then after she took mw off hold she just hung up I call back to place the order and then I get the food and my name in but when she was asking for my contact number the phone call got cut and then I tried to call back twice but the phone just keeps ringing no answer and this was within the same few minutes the call got cut so I figured okay they got my name and food order they were just gonna put it in and I could just head over and pick it up and when I get to the cashier the lady doesnât even have my order at all so thats when I complained about the whole phone problem and even asked if there was a problem with it she even answered with an attitude saying âohh sorry can I take your order now thenâ like wow how inconsiderate can you be honestly if the food wasnât for a family member who really really wanted it I wouldâve walked out but I had already promised the food so I had to get it but this is just crazy how yall staff treat customers I donât know if today was a bad day or whatever but still if there was so many inconveniences done by the restaurant side they should be more considerate when talking to the customer who was inconvenienced.

   Read moreMan, these tacos were legendary. The tortillas had a bit of crunch, yet were soft and fluffy inside, and they were loaded with the most delicious beef birria I've had in a long time. The cheese was perfectly melted into every bite with just the right amount of stringiness, but it was all perfectly balanced with fresh onions and cilantro. The dipping sauce was super, you just need to dunk your taco and boom here comes the flavor bomb! I really can't praise this enough, I'll be coming back to try the rest of the menu.
Service was great, from the friendly greeting, and patient waitress that took her time explaining the options to me. I chose takeout, and paid for everything through their tap payment terminal, it was all very easy. Best of all, it took less than 10 minutes for them to pack everything for me and I was out. Truly efficient and friendly service worth patronizing.
Inside it's all rally modern and clean. It's spacious and has plenty of tables, so if you're coming in with a group you'll have your pick of window seating or near one of the center tables. There's also a nice bar. They were playing island music at a tasteful volume so I could at least hear people. It has a great atmosphere and it was conveniently located a short drive from Tumon.

I didnât read the menu thoroughly and was surprised that the ânachosâ were actually wontons. I think it could adjust the sweetness just a tad bit since the imitation crab is already sweet. I loved the crunch and creaminess, just need to adjust the sweetness a bit down for perfect balance.
