I apologize; I realize that my poor wording states that your business is not legitimate. That is not what I intended to convey. Let me clarify: My complaint is that the exterior of your store is designed to mimic a Nike store, capitalizing on the reputation of a corporation and implying that you're an actual Nike store when you're not. The lettering of your store name literally blends into the background it is placed on; it's obvious that this was designed to not be seen, especially since it is right below the huge orange Nike symbol which draws attention away from the actual store name.

My issue is this: Nike has a 60 day "for ANY reason" return policy. You have designed your store so that when customers go into it, they are shopping under the impression that they are in a true Nike store. This means they are shopping with confidence because of Nike's return policy; a policy which you don't honor.

And yes, you have an 8.5"x11" sign showing your return policy, but again, frequent Nike customers wouldn't think to look because they are already familiar with Nike's policy. Also, it faces away from where a customer stands when making their purchase. The customer has to crane their head to the right to even see it. Not something you'd think to do intuitively. Raised my review up one star in apology for the poor wording, but intend to keep it low to warn fellow shoppers not to mistake this business for a Nike store as the design implies.
