I asked for a shellac manicure.. it's 25. I paid it the time before and it lasted two weeks!! This time I went and saw they had the new shellac powder! So before we started I asked if I could do a powder shellac manicure instead, she told me it would be 30 and I picked my color and she started. The whole time she was getting up to talk to her co worker and playing on her phone. She went through the manicure without doing a manicure.. only a polish change!! Since it was my first time with the powder I didn't know the process as far as soaking hands ETC but when she got the the end without cutting my cuticles I asked her if she was going to cut them... she said no. I said well I asked for a manicure... that's what I need is my cuticles cut, I can paint my nails at home. Then she informs me that a powder gel manicure is 45 not 30!!!!! so I bit my tongue smiled and paid (obviously not tip at this point) but two days later my nails started chipping!!!! So they wanted 45 (more expensive than a full set) for a gel manicure that lasted 2 days ..... 30 for a polish change that lasted 2 days. I wish I could upload a picture to show you how horrible my nails look and it's been a week!!! I will NOT be going back here and if you go in and get the girl closest to the front that barely knows any English but tries to upsale everything and offers designs 3-4 times throughout the manicure despite being told no. Not the best but also not the worse, pretty close to it though. I went in for a full set and pedicure. The pedicure was okay, I got the $35 deluxe. Would rate it 4/10. My full set was nothing like I wanted... I asked the nail tech if they knew the style "coffin shape" he did the first one and it looked horrible. We visit the location to get a polish change. Pedi for my husband. The manager was so focused on the price for my pedi that it was a really bad job we did not received the treatments we paid for.
