Subway — Restaurant in Tarpon Springs

Giving two stars because my subs were remade and part of this situation was my fault but buyer beware…

I ordered Subway through the app and went to the wrong subway. I clicked that I was outside because I had a curbside order. As soon as I realized I was at the wrong subway, I tried calling this subway. I called them back to back to back with no answer, trying to inform them that I wasn’t there but would be soon. No one ever answered. When I got there, I went inside, advised that I had a curbside order and explained what happened. She said okay and pointed to where my food was. My food WAS ON TOP OF THE TRASH CAN and she fully expected me to take this food and go on about my day. How do I know? Because when I asked her “That’s my food on top of the trash can?”, she paused and looked at me, then stated with an attitude that she would remake it. She claimed that she put it there because she though no one was coming. If that’s the case, why not just throw it away? Makes me think this is their normal place to store curbside orders.

Moral of the story is, they have no place to store their curbside orders so I would just go inside to make sure your order isn’t sitting on top of a trash can or a more...

This has been the Subway that I always go to however I will go out of my way from now to go to a different location. As a loyal customer, I decided to order through the app for the first time. I ordered 4 subs for my family to have for dinner and they made one of the 4 incorrectly. One of the 4 of us didn’t get dinner that day because of their error. It was too late at that point to return to the store because they close at 8pm. Hi! I came in to say hi to my friend and have her make my sub, while my friend was making my sub a manager came and took over the register and making the sub knowing I was there for a specific worker:( I don’t want any drama but I find that extremely disrespectful and rude.
