We placed an order by telephone and the kid who took our order seemed nice enough. We showed up after about 20 or so minutes to pick it up in-store, and the manager on duty stayed in the back for a few minutes, ignoring the line of people at the register. When he finally decided to show up, he proceeded to help everyone else behind us before actually assisting us (we were there first?) then he acted rude during the transaction which was unusual especially for a manager and highly unprofessional. We got home and opened our $10 dinner box only to find that the "extra cheese" we had ordered was simply non-existent. In fact, there was virtually no cheese to begin with. It wasn't covered, we could see the faint amount of light sauce they managed to put on. The cheese sticks were burnt and covered exessively in seasonings (probably to cover up the fact that they were burnt to a crisp) and the cinnamon sticks were cold and slightly burnt as well. We are very big fans of Pizza Hut and the dinner box, but we will never Be returning to this particular branch. According to online reviews a lot of other people agree with us.
