We placed an order by telephone and the kid who took our order seemed nice enough. We showed up after about 20 or so minutes to pick it up in-store, and the manager on duty stayed in the back for a few minutes, ignoring the line of people at the register. When he finally decided to show up, he proceeded to help everyone else behind us before actually assisting us (we were there first?) then he acted rude during the transaction which was unusual especially for a manager and highly unprofessional. We got home and opened our $10 dinner box only to find that the "extra cheese" we had ordered was simply non-existent. In fact, there was virtually no cheese to begin with. It wasn't covered, we could see the faint amount of light sauce they managed to put on. The cheese sticks were burnt and covered exessively in seasonings (probably to cover up the fact that they were burnt to a crisp) and the cinnamon sticks were cold and slightly burnt as well. Read moreI am back to leave a completely opposite review than last month. So I had a terrible experience as many of you can see on my last review. I feel like it is so easy for many of us customers to always hop on to leave bad reviews and negative comments, however, I think we need to start leaving reviews and comments more often when we have great experiences!! .....Since then, I have had corporate reach out to me and apologize, and commit to making sure this store made positive changes. Today, I am giving this Pizza Hut location a 5 star rating because for the last two times I have ordered, they have been prompt, polite, my food has arrived fresh and packaged perfectly. I have noticed a big change and I can see they have made improvements which is amazing! I'm not sure if sharing my experience made a difference, but I see that this location is working towards becoming a much better store with high quality customer service. I felt that they needed to be recognized for their efforts and I am really grateful for these wonderful changes! Thank you Tarpon Springs Pizza Hut, you guys have provided awesome...

When I get to the store, there is a kid up front who is the manager and they allow bicycle loitering of their buddies up front. That's already exasperating, but okay, it's freaking fast food pizza. What can I expect?
He says my order is $23.10.
What!? I was totally flabbergasted. I went to get my phone and saw that I couldn't even get my receipt to come up. He ended up changing it to "as much as he could discount it for," at $16 something, but he acted like he did me a favor when I was supposed to get it for the price it told me online to begin with.
It's a humiliating experience for a 34-year-old woman to have to argue with the 17-year-old kid behind the counter about a pizza and I won't be back, as it's the first time I decided to try Pizza Hut after a long night of laundry next door. Not cool, Pizza Hut. I see why this branch is sitting...
