We have always wanted to try this local restaurant that we've passed many times over the years. Last week, we tried it. It was within walking distance to a business fixing our car, so we walked here to wait and eat breakfast. We were seated immediately, and our waitress was helpful & friendly. We looked around, and it is a large place, comfortable and welcoming. I ordered sunny side up eggs with grits and English muffin. Husband got pancakes and sausage links. We both got water, which was the only low point of the meal. It did not taste good, even with the complimentary lemon slice. The food came quickly. Everything was so good! My grits, eggs, and muffin were cooked as requested. So hot and delicious! Husband loved his pancakes, and raved about the sausage links. He wanted to know where they came from. He asked and they promised to find out next time we come back. And we WILL be back. I'll just ask if I can bring my own water bottle. Or I'll have hot tea! By the way, I have no food pictures. I was hungry and ate my meal before realizing I had nothing to photograph but an empty plate. I should have taken its picture, because I was quite happy with what had been on that plate!

Great place to come and enjoy a delicious meal with fast friendly service. Warmly greeted immediately upon entering. Got seated at a booth right away. Enjoyed a nice hot cup of coffee which was actually really good. Diner coffee is really hit or miss in my experience and this place is a hit for sure. Menu is full of traditional Greek entrees but since I was here for breakfast I decided to go with the eggs benedict with hash browns. Came out fast and fresh and really good. Eggs were cooked to perfection and coated nicely with the sauce. Hash browns were really good as well. I managed to talk to the owner for a few minutes as I was paying the tab on my way out. Great guy! You can tell he's quite passionate about customer experience and making sure to deliver great food and service. I was a tad bummed that they didn't have any rice pudding to take away but they were fresh out. I can't wait to come back and try it along with my favorite dish (Spanakopita) which he admitted sells out fast.

Their greek salad was 100% disappointing. I've tried this restaurant several times and each time the price is different from what's online. Normally I wouldn't mind, I get it, but my order went from $25 to now over $40. The kicker is the Greek salad is now sold in parts. $17 for a greek salad without potato salad (isnt the whole point of greek salad the potato salad??), +$3 to add the potato salad (recipe is non-traditional btw), and +$4 for chicken...and you get a sliver of an overcooked chicken breast, bagged salad mix and some weird red greek dressing. Chicken souvlaki platter ($17).was nothing impressive either. If you want greek-style food you ought to stick to a greek restaurant.

My wife and I thought it would be a good idea to try a new place to eat lunch. the decor of the restaurant was nice the restaurant was clean. My wife orders a BLT on a pita bread I order a Philly steak and cheese with mushroom only. I make it very clear to the waitress that I am allergic to onions and green peppers. So please make my sandwich with no onions and green peppers.I'm tall don't worry about it shouldn't be an issue. Roughly 20 minutes later our sandwiches come out except for my wife's sandwich is completely the wrong order. I think it was a toasted egg salad sandwich. Not a BLT on a pita bread, will you bring it to the waitress's attention before she has a chance to even set it down on the table and she runs to the kitchen and discovers she picked up the wrong order. My sandwich on the other hand was sat down in front of me and I proceed to take a bite of a Philly steak and cheese with onions peppers and mushrooms. Seeing that we told the waitress that I have an allergy with onions and peppers. Bite number one crunch crunch crunch onions. Two simple lunch orders both were incorrect. I wasn't even given the opportunity to tell them that I no longer want my sandwich and it was taken back into the kitchen and which another sandwich was brought out to me. Anyway I still paid for the lunch left a tip brought my food home took a bite and absolutely disgusting. Mushrooms were burnt with crisp and then the bun was soaked in cooking grease to try. French fries were undercooked. The waitress did say it was her fault. Okay I get it or first week on the job whatever.but the second sandwich that was given to me was absolutely tasteless full of grease and burnt. I would almost have to say that it was done on purpose because the first sandwich got sent back. Therefore we will never be going back...

Summary: Good food, poor service. Details: We like to go out as a family for Sunday Breakfast. We recently moved up from St. Pete, and are trying the local fare. Today's visit was disappointing. Our party of 5 arrived - and they almost didn't seat us because a table for 11 was due in... but the place was not even NEAR full... nonetheless, we were offered & took a booth in the back. It took about 15 minutes to get the first drinks ordered and delivered, and nearly 30 for the food to eventually be delivered: but there's the catch - only 4 of the 5 breakfasts were delivered! What's more, my daughter asked for syrup, and it never came. As the busboy (man) arrived to clear some of our plates (it had been THAT long!), he asked how things were and we told him: one daughter still had no food, the other was still awaiting syrup! Both came shortly thereafter - but when the 2nd round of food was being delivered, the table for 11 was still arriving, so that should NOT have been '"the excuse". I won't harshly judge the whole restaurant on 1-visit... and while we may be back to give them another chance eventually, we'll keep looking for a Sunday Breakfast spot for now. BTW: Some others on here have complained about the coffee: I thought it was delicious. Some Americans don't like strong coffee... but this is a Greek, family owned business (as far as I can tell)... you would/should not expect the coffee to be watered down! And it wasn't! All told, I hope that this was just an "off day," as I suspect they were short-staffed - maybe by 2 or 3 people even! Still, breakfast can be a tricky time - especially for restaurants that don't SPECIALIZE in "short order cooking" and I would guess that this is just not...

Last night I had The worst experience dining in a restaurant I’ve ever had and I’m 80 years old. It was myself and two guests, and we ordered very simple meals, mine was fish with french fries - Very simple to fix one of my guests had no entrée at all, and the other one had shrimp with french fries. All of this is on the menu and very simple to fix. This should’ve been fixed and in front of me in 15 minutes instead it took 45 minutes. I have no idea why I stayed there and waited for it without just walking out , once I got the food, it was decent, nothing special, but decent. I cannot imagine for the life of me have it could take close to an hour to get food prepared, which is such a simple order. I could’ve cooked this myself and had it in front of myself in 15 minutes I just can’t understand it. I can understand this however, I will never go there again as long as I live. then when I got to register the lady could not figure out how to charge my debit cards she worked out it worked out and worked at it had to keep redoing it and redoing it me resign and resigning. Both of available balance, but my guest wanted to pay half on her bill and my other guest half on hers. Once again, this seem like a simple thing, but not to them I have no idea if I have signed the right amount or not, I’m going to check today , this was a terrible experience I wish on nobody. BTW, I am a guest who lives less than a mile from the restaurant so an important guest to try to please I...
