Steve did an excellent job repairing my Samsung smartTV. He was very professional and fast, got it fixed in less than an hour! I had to dock a star because I wasn’t overly impressed with Mary’s professionalism over the phone. She called me at work asking if I could set up my appointment on January 2nd (which was a Thursday), and that they can apparently only come out from 11-3 during the work week. I told her I’m only available on weekends because I work full time Monday-Friday. I also informed her that nobody lives with me so nobody can let the repair guy in when I’m not here. When I told her this she was sighing over the phone, saying things like “oh that’s ridiculous that you don’t have 1/2 off because most people do”, and “oh I wish you told us that earlier” (I tried to when she called me the last time to order parts but she cut me off and said they weren’t scheduling my appointment yet), and “oh this means we’re going to have to schedule someone to come on a Saturday, this is ridiculous”. And then on the day of my appointment, Steve had trouble finding my unit and getting into the building. I gave her directions to pass along to Steve and she gave me his number and essentially told me to “tell him myself”. I texted Steve how to access the building, only to find out after letting him in that his phone filters out messages from unknown numbers. So Mary calls me back with the same negative attitude saying “it’s ridiculous” that Steve can’t get into my building and starts acting like it’s my fault, even though Steve said Mary knows his phone filters messages from unknown senders. Look I get people don’t enjoy having to work weekends. However, I just started a new job here 2 weeks ago, I don’t have any PTO yet, and I’m paid hourly. My position also is not remote/hybrid. If I had to take time off for this during the week, I wouldn’t get paid. I’m extremely grateful Steve was accommodating/professional about being able to come out this Saturday and did the repairs in a timely manner. Complaining about my limited availability over the phone while I’m at work is blatantly rude. Also calling me and sighing over the phone and repeatedly saying “this is ridiculous” when I’m trying to help Steve into the building while you sit there on the phone and did nothing to help is ridiculous and also blatantly rude. If you don’t want to schedule appointments Saturday then have more flexibility with your scheduling during the regular week. You can’t tell me I’m the only customer you’ve worked with who works a 9-5...

FALSE i left and called them back to let them know that i had remembered that i took before pictures of the condition of my tv and they said "we didn't do it!! do what you have to!!" and hung up in my face!! i wouldn't recommend anybody to go to this place!!!! Read moreHad Ram TV out to fix the sound on my Samsung TV and couldn't be happier. This issue had happened previously and Samsung sent out Willistown Repair from NY. They made me wait two weeks for an appointment, supposedly fixed the issue, the tech said it was a new sound board, but 2 months later, sound is out again. Again, Samsung wanted to send out Willistown, who canceled on me 3 days before the appointment. Called Samsung back, I am NOT pleased at this point. They sent me to Ram TV. Mary at Ram TV stayed in touch with me from the initial contact, to the receipt of the parts and scheduling an appointment convenient for me, and then a 15 minute heads up that the repair guy would be here so I could corral my dogs. The repair man was polite, courteous, explained everything to me as he went along and my TV is now functional again. VERY happy with Ram...
