This has to be my favorite hair salon by far. The girls are always happy whenever I come in for an appointment. When I first came here for a walkin, there weren't any openings. This I wasn't use to. I'm use to a hair salon always having an opening. After I set an appointment, I can see why they were so busy. Being offered coffe, tea, or water was a bit of a surprise as well. I called last-minute on a whim, hoping to possibly get my hair done that night. Thanks to Kaitlyn being so kind, they called tight right back to let me know she would stay late to take me. I am SOOO GREATFUL for her. She did a GREAT job ( I'm also a cosmetologist. We can be a bit difficult .) I was more than happy with the color as well as the cut. Mine is tough to get just right. I didn't have to explain a thing. She did what she thought would be best. She nailed it. The best part was when she said the price I was blown away. I felt it was unprofessional for my hair stylist to ignore me when I requested an appointment. Not once but twice within a two day span. It is not difficult to acknowledge a client’s message. If you do not want to deal with that person anymore just tell them instead of ignoring them. That is not good for business either when you have a hair stylist ignoring business. Word of mouth goes a long way and I will be sure to pass along that information to my friends and customers that Emily is not professional when dealing with her clients especially when she doesn’t want to deal with...
