I come here all the time. I just placed an order at 10:30 pm tonight… they close at 11:00 he told me to be there in 5 minutes. I was, I walked in told him my order that I had called in , and he charged my card (I’m the tall woman with purple and turquoise hair) I’m eating my food literally right now… and get a call. It’s the man from the restaurant, asking me if I’m coming. I asked what did he mean? He said that he is closing, I said I already picked up the order. He said arrrrrr….. I said I’m confused I’m literally eating the food right now that I just picked up from your restaurant he proceeded to yell at me to come now he is closing . He then yelled again and then growled before hanging up . Im pretty sure he thinks I left an order there but it appears he made a mistake and placed two orders , one when I called and one when I walked in. So I’m not sure why he felt the need to not only call me and immediately start to yell at me but continue after I’ve explained it not once but twice before being yelled at again and hung up on. Sad way to treat a regular customer who could have eaten anywhere…. You just lost a customer. I live with a few people who will be telling others about how you treat your customers. I’ve spread the word. I wish you had better manners where the mistake was a misunderstanding on your behalf. 10plus year long family that was a loyal customer to you all. We recently placed a large order—about $115 worth—for a family dinner and unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing meals we’ve had.

Everything arrived overly greasy, and the quality of the ingredients just didn’t seem fresh. The chicken was grey, the rice was mushy, and nothing really had the flavor or texture we were hoping for. Here’s how we’d rate the items we ordered (best to worst):

Crab Rangoon: 4/10

Lobster Sauce: 4/10

Moo Goo Gai Pan: 2/10

General Gau Chicken 2/10

Boneless Ribs: 1/10

Egg Roll: 0/10

House Fried Rice: 0/10

Chicken Fingers: 0/10

This was our first—and sadly, our last—time ordering from here. I truly hope the team takes this as constructive feedback. With some quality control and a bit more care in preparation, things could improve. Right now, it feels like the food is being made without passion or pride, and that’s really unfortunate.

Came here for take out dinner. Got beef egg foo young and an order of chicken fingers. Service was great, very prompt, and my food was on the counter when I walked in. Besides the place being a little cold, no compliants. On the other hand, I ordered beef egg foo young like I said, except there was no beef. The taste was good, but it would have been nice to have a few pieces of shaved steak or something in it. I might have seen one or two pieces of meat out of three patties of egg foo young, a little disappointing. The gravy was exceptional. The chicken fingers, I know they are deep fried, but I could squeeze grease out of them, had to pat them down with paper towels to remove some of the grease. Other than that, the place isn't too bad.
